Eva Warmbier
After getting bored at indoor ranges in early 2021 with guns older than her, Eva quickly realized there was more to shooting than simply shooting in a controlled indoor environment. It didn’t take long to discover IDPA at a Practice level. After jumping into IDPA Practice, Steel Challenge Matches also became a regular weekend activity.
In early 2023, Eva began competing in larger IDPA Matches and full 8 Stage Steel Challenge Matches. In the Summer of 2024, Eva competed in her first State Level IDPA Match and by Fall of 2024 stepped it up a notch and purchased her Walther Q5 Match Steel Frame Pro which now has been upgraded and customized to her liking. In 2025 she added the Lux Tactical SkyRaider and also began shooting USPSA at various local matches.
Eva has become a passionate advocate for women in shooting. She has helped instruct women’s shooting classes and actively encourages women and girls to get involved and come out to the range.
